Jo Daviess County Transit
Jo Daviess County Transit is a county-wide public transportation system operated by The Workshop with support from Jo Daviess County Board, Townships and Illinois Department of Transportation.
Demand Responsive Service
Routes run every weekday morning and afternoon throughout the county.
Reservations are necessary to obtain this service.
Demand Response
Curb to curb service is available in various communities and is open to
the general public.
Special Transportation
Transportation is available for medical purposes in Jo Daviess County. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be made at least 24 hours in advance of trip.
Trips may be requested to Medical Facilities located in:
Freeport, Illinois
Dubuque, Iowa
Fare $6.00 per hour
--Please allow a window of up to 15 minutes prior to and after scheduled pick up and delivery times
--Service is restricted to availability of seats per vehicle
