Memorial Garden Stones

Honor a loved one with a personalized engraved stone in our

memorial garden.  Each stone is 8x8 and can accommodate up to six lines of engraving.

Annual Golf Outing

Our Annual 4-Person Best Shot Golf Outing features raffles, a silent auction and a 50/50 drawing. Golf outing and catered prime rib dinner are open to the public. Hole sponsorship opportunities available.

Friendship Drive

July 2023

You can make a difference! As a friend of The Workshop, your contribution helps provide valuable opportunities for the individuals we serve. Proceeds from this fundraiser are used to fund recreational and social activities, cultural and educational programming and purchase supplies to allow our individuals to explore and create while experiencing new activities. Any amount, big or small, helps create a richer, more enjoyable life experience for our individuals.

 

Raffle Mania

June 1st, 2023 - September 21st, 2023

Purchase a ticket for our Raffle Mania 50/50 drawing for a chance to win half the money raised.  Tickets are sold from June1st-September 21st. The winner will be drawn during our annual Spaghetti Dinner at the Galena Elks Club on September 21st.  Tickets are available at The Workshop or from any staff member.

Annual Meeting / Spaghetti Dinner
September 21st, 2023

Join us for our annual meeting and awards ceremony recognizing The Workshop's "Outstanding Supporters" and the "Individual of the Year." Everyone is encouraged to attend our annual spaghetti supper including salad and bread sticks.

Galena Share Night

Drive thru at Culver's in Galena between the hours established for our Share Night and a percentage of the proceeds from your meal are donated to The Workshop.

Chip in for Charity / John Deere Classic

To enter the contest, guess the number of birdies that will actually be made by Tour Pros during the tournament. Simply make a one-time flat donation OR pledge one cent or more per birdie. Select The Workshop as the charity. After the tournament, you'll be mailed a notice of your pledge amount due. Learn more.

Fall Into Winter Craft Show

November 18, 2023 

Join us on Saturday, November 18 at the Galena ARC gym (11084 W US HWY 20 / lower entrance) for our second annual Fall Into Winter Craft Show. There will be several craft vendors selling Fall, Winter and holiday crafts and home decor. Admission is $3 per person, ages 10 and under are free.

 

There will also be a Kids Xmas Shop where all children can shop for the special adults in their life. All items are $10 or less!
